Product Replacement (Change):
1) Send the products you want to replace with a note stating the order number or name in which the order was made and the clarification that it is a product change. The parcel must be sent with the same courier company you received it and at the recipient’s expense (our charge).
2) At the same time you can place an online order and in the comment field you can let us know that this is a product change. In this way the products you desire are bound.
3) As soon as we receive your parcel and if you have not placed an online order, we will contact you by phone to indicate the items you want us to send you.
Expected Product Change Time 3-4 working days. Symbolic Cost Charge: 3 €.
The return of any product must be done within 8 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please enclose a note with the desired items you want to receive and the name or order number.
The product along with its packaging and barcode tags should be returned in their original condition. All returns are made in the product’s original condition, without damages, so that it can be sold again. We acknowledge that you will want to try on the products to confirm if they satisfy you. With this in mind, please be careful not to damage the original packaging and do not damage the products by testing them. The product must be returned with the accompanying material that was in the package from the beginning (tags, bags, boxes, etc.). Also the products should not come in contact with water, perfumes, sweat etc. The customer is obliged to immediately check the product received and to inform about any defect or damage done during the transportation on the day he received it or at the latest the next day. After this period, it is considered that the customer accepts the product and any damage caused later is his responsibility. In case the above conditions are not met, the return is not accepted, the return costs are borne by the customer, for the re-shipment of the products to his place, and he will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until their receipt. Unfortunately, in case the above conditions are not met, “Evelyn” does not accept a change and the customer receives his original order again and is charged with all shipping costs.
For any change, the customer is charged only with the shipping costs while “Evelyn” is charged with the products return cost to the customer.
You need to choose the products that interest you. New products should be at least equal in value to those returned.
“Evelyn” accepts to refund the value of any product upon request within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer. In case of a refund, the shipping costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. The returned product must meet all the conditions described above in the event of a change.
“Evelyn” allows the return of products at the recipient’s charge. If the customer chooses this option then there is a symbolic charge of € 3.
All “Evelyn” products meet strict quality criteria and are presented in the most objective way possible. If any of the products you choose disappoints you because it does not fit with its presentation or shows a discrepancy in quality you can immediately request a replacement with another one of your choice!
